What time zones do your engineers work in?

Our team covers UTC+0 to UTC+5:30. For clients in the US, we arrange a 4-hour daily overlap window. This works well for async-first teams.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do — 100%. This is written into every engagement contract. We retain no rights to work produced during your engagement.

How do you ensure code quality?

All code goes through peer review before merge. We follow OCA standards for Odoo code and enforce test coverage. You can see the process in action during the trial.

How long does ramp-up take?

Usually 3–5 days. We front-load documentation review and codebase orientation. Most engineers are submitting reviewed PRs by the end of week one.

Can I convert to a full-time hire?
